Description

  • Liquibase to
    • flip the OSS_ADMIN role to a system role if it exists
    • create a new OSS_ADMIN role in the database if it does not exist
  • Register in SystemRoles.java
  • Modify Licence endpoint to check for that role
  • Modify the UI screens to permission the licence screen by the OSS ADMIN role
