Error during installation at petsc

Hello all,
I have some issues with installing firedrake, especially petsc.
For more detailed information, please see the attached bash history.
Could anyone please help me solve these issues?

The logs state

  Unable to download package HDF5 from:
  https://web.cels.anl.gov/projects/petsc/download/externalpackages/hdf5-1.14.3-p1.tar.bz2

I have checked this link and it works. It's possible that you lost network connection and that trying again may work for you. Are you using a firewall?

Can you share your logs again to see if it's still the same issue? I didn't realise the previous ones weren't recent.

Sorry, I think the same issue still appears.
Is there any possible ways to install after this network disconnection without reinstall it?
Is it possible and correct to rerun the config file in the petsc folder to do it?
(It seems in the logs it says that)
Like, I don't want to run the whole installation once the network is disconnected,
because it's very time-consuming.
Any suggestions?

Meanwhile, I tried to rerun the config file, but errors happened.

The firedrake install script does download and install PETSc, but it passes the configure a large number of options that do things like download and install hdf5 and mpi. Just running configure yourself won't do that.

While there is a route to building your own PETSc with the right options, the simpler option is to delete the firedrake folder, download a current version of the install script and run it.

Here is an issue where a previous user struggled to download PETSc packages due to network (firewall) issues. It may be helpful.
