For countries within European Union, using EUR currency, where no middleware is provided, I would like to use basic fiskaltrust security mechanism.

Describe the solution you'd like

A Queue implementation which processes hash-chaining and which creates a ReceiptJournal and does not require a SCU.

Additional context

Rename QueueDEFAULT to QueueEU and distribute it in all available countries. For future implementations use the basic fiskaltrust securitiy mechanism from QueueEU.
