First I really want this to work but I have two issues.

My LG Mini-splits:
1.) It seems I cannot just turn the AC on without setting the mode. Just clicking the "off" button changes the color from grey to blue and it says "cool" but nothing happens. If instead I click that button and then click "cool" it works.

2.) Is there a way to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

1. This device is working with thermostat capability. That's why there is a mode button.
2. Even if you set a 'F' on thinq app, temperature is shown as a 'C' ?
