Release new version with dependency on cfg-if v1.0.0

I was about to make a PR to update the cfg-if dependency to v1.0.0 but noticed that this was already done but not released yet. It would be great to have a new release with the updated dependency in order to avoid depending on multiple versions of cfg-if in the project I'm working on that is using this crate. I would be happy to help if there are things I can do to make this happen! 😄
