the katana doesn't glowing up with RMB

Hello everyone, I have a problem, and it is that I cannot do the judgment cut or the other skills related to charging the sword, it does not glow, and I have already tried everything, finishing almost all the advancements, except for the ones where you need to charge the sword , I raised the reforging to 1000, the deaths too and it doesn't work, I also kept the RMB for a minute and the katana didn't shine, am I missing something or is it an error? thank you very much and sorry for my bad english
