Relational Resources information is missing

In the current Readme, the "Relational Resources" code reference points to the vanilla server. There is no relational server example in the examples.

I was able to deduce the solution from test/relational/child-method-test.js, so maybe that is the best place to point to. (The other relational tests are not as transparent.)
