Media Library: new SEO feature to improve image-URL's

Problem description

Sometimes the client uploads lots of images with a filename that has "no-SEO"-value at all.

Expected behavior / Proposed solutions

It would be nice if there was a new action, that shows a table with all images and their URL. This table should have a column "URL" and "title", where you can adjust it using inline text editing.

Note: When the url has changed, all cached items of the old URL should be removed.
