更改 docker-compose.yml ，使用 aliyun 的镜像地址

#    image: foxiswho/rocketmq:4.9.2
    image: registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/foxiswho/rocketmq:4.7.0

把4.9.2手动改成4.8.0，或者根据base里自己编译个镜像。
