  • Corrected a behaviour which was causing Annocript to stop when a file called db_versions was searched inside the data folder
  • Solved a bug for which Annocript used to stop when searching a non-existent gff file for the blastn result
  • If the version of the SILVA database changes also the file name does. We now added a check of the version before the download
