[V16] Payment reco. Column width - too small

In the Payment Reco, since we have two columns side by side, the values in each table isn't clear enough. If I try adjusting width by changing width of some column to 1, it shrinks too much. Should a column shirk this much with width of "1".

For the table on right, the width allocated on each column is 2, still the visible width isn't same. Value column has much lesser width. Seems to be an issue due to limitation of the space.
