Department can't be changed in Submitted Asset from Asset Transfer

Information about bug

Description: The user cannot change an Assets Department during the Asset Transfer Process. Only the Location can be changed. (Example Scenario: When User needs to transfer a Desktop Computer from IT Department to the HR Department).

Module: Asset

Steps to recreate the bug: Asset > Asset Movement > New Asset Movement

User is able to change from Source Location to Target Location but user cannot change from source Department to target Department
