AppImage suffices for linux, although distro specific packages are not opposed if someone wants to take them up.

Windows builds will likely be in a portable .zip format

Android builds are highly complicated and expensive, so we will want to minimize these, possibly to only run on a "Release" being posted on github.
@Baconing knows more about github actions than I do
