Make Monitor-URL editable

In the current version, if you have to change the URL of a specifc monitor in the screenshot scheduler, you have to add a new scheduler and update all screenshot urls on the monitoring devices.

To avoid the updating of the monitoring devices, it would be better to make the monitor URL editable.
