the linux3.4.y's filesystem support is too old, when i plugin removeable harddrive, the filesystem con't mount

[84744.188000] EXT4-fs (sda2): couldn't mount RDWR because of unsupported optional features (400)

is there new version linux kernel or how to fix it.
