Use only one source for relation types

Currently, the relation types are specified in the C++ code in the RelationTypeChecker.hxx. There is also a file describing the relation in the models folder.

There should be only one source of truth. Either the file shall be loaded dynamically or the file shall be used while generating cmake and injected into the source.
