As outlined in the RC5 Retrospective document:

The specification overview / main readme needs to show the high level and low level concepts in a clear and coherant manner.

I like the approach of https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxSwift#i-came-here-because-i-want-to-
I think we should do this to partly resolve this issue.
