The current license (Apache License 1.0) with the 'advertising clause' is incompatible with the BSD 3-clause license used by lighttpd and so the port that I made of mod_auth_tkt to lighttpd remains independent from lighttpd. (https://github.com/gstrauss/lighttpd-mod_authn_tkt)
