[Bug] ctx.Init2 undefined

I'm using dep to install gopkg.in/gavv/httpexpect.v1. When I run my test, httpexpect itself reports a bug, and cannot be compiled.

Hi,

You have a quite outdated version of github.com/valyala/fasthttp. The error is reproduced on v20160617, but everything is ok on master.

As you said, it's the version problem. Thansk very much.

I use glide instead of dep because of GFW. all problems are resovled.
