Note about versions

Now that this plugin has been incorporated into core we need to make sure that the community version never goes up-to or higher than 2024040400.

Thanks Andrew. The "community version" is my version right? I don't plan to do any more work on that. I'll keep it here for sites running old Moodle, but future improvements will go into the core version.
