When #65 is complete, we should think about removing the SPARQL queries currently in MagmaCoreServiceQueries and DataIntegrityReport and find another more flexible way to implement these. It's probably a bad idea to have these queries in the core since we can't predict what is needed for a given application, so we should make it possible for clients of MagmaCore to send in their own data-integrity queries and custom SPARQL queries. The general SPARQL query interface provided by #65 might be enough, or we might need to provide a base set of queries outside core.
