  • Everything installed into /opt/NeuroAnsible for quarantine purposes
    • make configurable
  • configuration to avoid installing unwanted software
    • implemented via --skip-tags
  • provide ubuntu/debian/centos/fedora prerequiste installation
  • Implement version under packer to deploy a virtual machine
  • Implement provisioning of a docker/singularity container
    • investigate how gpu singularity/docker works
  • provide details on how large install is
