Hi there, normally I would expect anything related to the kernel to behave exactly the same between GeckoLinux STATIC or NEXT and vanilla openSUSE Leap. But to rule out the possibility of a difference caused by the desktop environment could you please test GeckoLinux STATIC Plasma? |

Today I try again with gecko, the way to use the FN keys on an Asus laptop is thanks to the asus-nb-wmi module, but for some reason it wasn't instaled on my system, so I thought that the kernel was the reason, so I realized that the kernel default extra package installs a lot of extra modules among them the asus-nb-wmi module. So after install that package and restart, the FN keys works perfectly 😀. Thanks for the hard work !, gecko team. |
