It was the barebones ISO. And i presumed i could install the KDE base system without any issues but kept throwing up error after error. |

.Because I want minimal install, virtually no apps, definitely no libreoffice/firefox or annoying KDE spps that come installed with virtually every KDE based distro. That's what I get with vanilla opensuse with KDE base pattern. |

And dude, your Gecko linux has an identical issue to your Debian spinoff Spiral Linux??? Like you can revert to a read only snapshot in grub boot menu but there's no way to permanently restore that snapshot into a read-write state. And no, sudo snapper -rollback number does not work. Just gives an error And selecting the snapshot during boot and then rebooting doesn't work either. And when you select the help with snapshot while booting it tells you to do "snapper rollback" but that doesn't work either. |

Simply installed KDE base system from yast, now after reboot I'm stuck at a black screen. Not a great start ...
I am running it in vmware, don't know if that make any odds?
