실제 커밋 알람 수신 채널과 DM이 아닌 테스트 채널로 푸시 테스팅하는 테스트 코드와 환경 셋팅.

당일 커밋 여부등의 GIthub API를 연동한 테스트는 @geekhub-lab계정으로 테스트.
