Easier to mark as a bug (because it will be once the deprecation is deprecated), that way stale bot won't eat it up.

For now we are at community.postgresql collection version 3.9.1
The option has been deprecated and will be removed in community.postgresql 4.0.0.
4.x.y: to be released; not earlier than after Ansible 10 release (~May 2024) (https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.postgresql/tree/main?tab=readme-ov-file#releases-support-timeline)
Privileges are not cosmetic.
So I I would summarize it like this: this is not a bug, it is a ticking time bomb.
