The page https://github.com/geodynamics/aspect/blob/main/doc/sphinx/user/run-aspect/first-steps.md
contains a link to https://github.com/geodynamics/aspect/projects/2 that has since been deleted.

Was that on purpose because it was out of date? We either need to resurrect it or remove this link.

I think that was project page labeled "Future plans" and it looks like that was indeed deleted (definitely not on purpose). I wonder if that happened as part of the sunsetting of the old projects style (https://github.blog/changelog/2024-05-23-sunset-notice-projects-classic) and we simply didnt realize it would delete some of our projects (its confusing why other projects are still there). So no, I dont think it was on purpose, but I dont know if we remember the content either (it was heavily out of date). I am fine with either decision: to start a new "future plans" project (although I suspect it will not be kept up to date either), or to just remove the link.

I vaguely remember that we deleted it because it was out-of-date, but I might have hallucinated that. :-)
