Add FP and IT integration tests

Provide a clear and concise overview of the new feature requested.

We currently test MERRA2 in our integration tests for GCHP and GC-Classic. This can let bugs affecting only IT and FP go under the radar, such as #2675. This is particularly true now that we handle advection differently depending on met-field (RAS vs Grell-Freitas convection used in GEOS to produce meteorology inputs). We could add one FP and one IT test each for GC-Classic and GCHP.
