Add Item(s) button not responding

Bug Description

Add Item(s) is not responding when adding a new order.

Step To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://store-wp.mui.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=shop_order' to create a new order
2. Click on 'Add Item(s)'
3. no dropdown to select product

Expected Behaviour

Add Item(s) is expected to show a dropdown list for product selection.

Actual Behaviour
