Steps to reproduce:
1.Open demo app
2.Connect with widget using safle login
3.Try to do a transaction on any chain
4.Observe the transaction completion status screen

Actual result:

Transaction completion status popup shows transaction hash as undefined and blockchain explorer displays error screen

Expected result:
Transaction completion details should be correctly populated
