GitLab Integration Problem

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to organization > integrations
2. select gitlab integration
3. click on configuration > add installation
4. follow steps to add installation by creating a new application in gitlab and entering the application id + secret in sentry
5. confirm confidential access with "api" permission scope
6. click on submit in the sentry form to complete the integration

Expected Result

after successfully adding the integration with gitlab it should close the setup window and redirect to sentry integrations displaying the newly added gitlab integration

Actual Result

i click on submit in the sentry confirmation form and afterwards nothing happens. the window just closes and in sentry it does not show any integration being added.

We use sentry.io EU with gitlab.com both systems are not self-hosted.
