At some point, it may be wise to review the $EDITOR/$VISUAL default stuff that is being shipped for nano & Co. and test that graphical front-ends (i.e. stuff that require Qt or similar) are not set as the default unless a desktop env is running.

This should probably be filed as an issue. I'm certainly not going to remember it xD
