Index key generation should default to built-in timestamp if a separate date_col is not present #2

Storing the row timestamp as a separate column is just duplication in a lot of cases, where the built-in hbase timestamp could be used instead.

Should make the "date_col" HIndex property optional and default to the indexed row timestamp.
