ch3_pscore.Rが教科書の結果を再現しない

ch3_pscore.Rを実行すると最後のIPW_result でp118の結果が得られると期待したのですが、
実際には結果が以下のようになりました。

ライブラリのバージョン違いなどで異なる結果になるなどありますでしょうか？
