How come not Google have bought the extension yet?

One of the most valuable and crucial extensions for Chome keeps malfunction from time to time because can't get normally synchronized with Chrome outcoming versions. This is just a silly internet post of some arbitrary thought, but I think Google should keep in touch with the dev of the best extensions for it's product, for the sake of millions of users. Maybe even buy it.
