Page not found. - bad link for "Getting started and core concepts"

What article on docs.github.com is affected?

Clicking the "Getting started and core concepts" box at the bottom left corner of page "Get started with GitHub Actions" [1] goes to a page with URL https://docs.github.com/actions/getting-started-with-github-actions
and the page says "GitHub Docs
Page not found.
Return to home.
© 2025 GitHub, Inc. • Terms • Privacy"
which is a problem

[1] "Get started with GitHub Actions" is the page that comes up when I click "Actions" on project page, and it has a URL like https://github.com/ghjwp7/rp2040machineTests/actions/new

What changes are you suggesting?

Perhaps fix the link or write the page

Hi @ghjwp7 - many thanks for letting us know about this broken link in the UI for the repository Actions tab. It's much appreciated.

I could reproduce the broken link by clicking the box outlined in dark orange:

This will probably need a minor update to the product to fix it. I'll check into it and get back to you.

@ghjwp7 - I think that the broken link should link to this article: Quickstart for GitHub Actions.

I have opened a pull request to add a redirect for the URL until we can get the UI updated.
