Describe the need

What do you wish was different about our docs?

Hi,

I wanted to understand which all CLIs in Windows do we support, and which versions?

Few Example CLI my customer is trying are:

  1. Git bash
    a. Both for gh copilot suggest/explain and aliases, We see a prompt function not available error. It is not taking input prompt at all for both cases
  2. Command Prompt
    a. gh copilot suggest/explain is working
    b. We do not know the commands to setup aliases. Do we have something?
  3. Powershell
    a. We seeing similar error seen here: Provide support for PowerShell Desktop 5.x
    #50
    b. Could our documentation state from which version of PowerShell we support Copilot aliases or provide a solution for it.

Please do guide or help 🙏🏽

I had also opened up a Q/A discussion here: #85
