Nested backcompat error #35

See microformats/microformats2-parsing#11 and microformats/tests@1a0d3ee for an adjusted test case, microformat-shiv treats at least in this specific case a nested mf1 object wrongly, seemingly applying mf1 rules to the parent mf2 object.
