A button to refresh library covers

I think having a button to manually refresh library covers would be a good idea. That way I can refresh for new covers or for covers that aren't displayed already.

I think a new menu item would be better since refreshing the covers would add more workload to the already syncing. A lot of people won't like the wait time for syncing if it's slowed by the addition of refreshing covers.
