Migration path to Sanity Connect

I'm super thankful for all your work on the plugin, and rather sad to see it archived. I'm currently evaluating options for continued operation of the shops I'm using the plugin on.

Is there a viable migration path to Sanity Connect at the moment? I assume the way it's set up isn't 100% compatible with how document types, objects, etc. are defined in sane-shopify. Writing a custom migration is probably where it's at.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

PS. Would you be willing to accept PRs to keep it running for a little while longer? E.g. updating the Storefront API version, migrating to unencoded shopify object IDs, and other details.
