The autocomplete widget displays a different answer option than the one selected in the catalog app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Autocomplete widget
2. Type High blood pressure in the auto text field.
3. Shows Hypertension chip in the auto text field.

Expected behavior
it should shows high blood pressure chip in the auto text field.

It seems the root cause is in the questionnaire.json file in the catalog app.
