Multiple trips , such that no new pickup is made in the trip 40mins after first pickup.

I am using or-tools , cvrptw with pickup and delivery and my requirement is such that drivers/ vehicles should not accept a new pickup after 40 mins of picking up first node.i.e. once its picks up a node then it will only accept another pickup within 40mins after that it won't accept any pickup and will only drop the nodes and when it has drop all the pickuped nodes its trip finishes , it starts another trip with same constraints.(next trip will start from the point it droped its last node)
