I have a long (about 40 items) dropdown menu. When I click on an item that is outside of the initial view by scrolling down. The list will jump back up to the item that was initially selected or to the top if nothing was pre-selected. This issue doesn't occur every time.
The first 2 clicks are not working as they are below and above the initial viewable items. The 3rd click works as the item in inside the initial view. Is this a common problem?

I'm seeing this as well. It happened to me with a make-shift dropdown I wrote based on paper-dialog before paper-dropdown was available. It seems to be an issue with scrolling and then clicking in the dialog.
