"Pulsed Ray Shield" modification is missing

I was building a HWK-290 and couldn't find this upgrade on the modification list. I'd be very thankful if you guys could add it. :)

The reason for this is that I'm consuming the data from the xwing-data project, and in that data, "Pulsed Ray Shield" is marked as "Scum and Villainy" Only

There's an open issue for that here: guidokessels/xwing-data#124

When it is fixed in the xwing-data project, I'll pull the updated data into this.
