Plotting components in "static" mode require:

  • kaleido (to produce the image from plotly obj.) - there are various issues with this lib and different systems require different versions, and it's not included in the requirements.
  • Bitmap+: a c# third-party plugin only available for Rhino for Win

There is no advantage of static plots against the interactive ones, so it'd be easier to drop support for static mode altogether.
