S3 Direct upload

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I want to upload a media archive it could be too huge to upload through the web gramp server.
That leads to timeout and package size issues

Implement direct upload from browser pattern in case of using s3

Describe alternatives you've considered
Follow current architecture with increasing timeouts and max package size to max file size upload
