Not discovering Makerbot 2 #10

Are you talking about the Replicator 2 or the new Replicator+. I've never
heard of a MakerBot 2.

What firmware versions have this library been tested against? I'm guessing
it might be outdated and not work with newer firmware. I have firmware
version 2.2.1 on my Makerbot, which was released 11/17/2016.
FYI, I have killed the conveyor background service, so that is not the
issue.

Apologies...I was typing quickly and left a very confusing description of my issue. I am testing with a fifth generation makerbot that was purchased in 2014 (now referred to as the replicator+, I believe). It is connected to my network via wifi and I am able to ping it. On a different note, I am also trying to control a makerbot replicator 2 for a different project (hence my typo). Do you have a suggestion for an API to use for doing so, besides building my own python virtual environment and tearing into makerbots conveyor source code? |
