Description

리프레시토큰이 적용되지 않고 로그인이 계속 풀립니다

로그인
만료 시간동안 대기 (or 서버단에서 만료 시간 짧게 설정)
토큰 만료
토큰 refresh되지 않음

offline_access를 사용하면서 IdP에 consent창을 계속 띄우고 있는 만큼, UX의 저하로 이어집니다. 수정이 필요합니다.
