Release Pre-Compiled Version

While I'm fine with compiling the program myself (I am learning to program, after all), not everyone's gonna like having to compile the program themselves.

The main reason I haven't made a pre-compiled version yet is because I don't want to encourage people to use the bot to cheat at the game. I figured that if they have to compile itself, they'll be less likely to do that!

Also, due to timing issues the bot doesn't always work properly (especially on slow computers) and I don't want to be inundated with bug reports for problems I can't easily fix.
