Course Presentation questions score does not seem to pass to the LMS

Inside a Branching Scenario activity, we use Course presentation with various types of questions, and while the students see their score for each question the score is not aggregated and sent as a total score to the LMS (Moodle) when the Course presentation is finished or when the entire Branching Scenario activity is finished.
Teachers do see a full report of the student success and failure in each question of the Course presentation module but the module does not show a total score. (when viewing the student's detailed reports from within the LMS/Moodle)
We use dynamic aggregation of scores in the Branching Scenario activity.

It feels like a bug for us, or is it intentional behaviour?

FYI, static and dynamic scores are working properly, but they are fixed for each branch or path the student take.

@nadavkav Course Presentation only emits the total result if there's a summary screen and the students visits that screen (similar to Interactive Video that requires a deliberate submission). If there's no summary slide, then no overall result is sent.

@otacke thank you for making it more clear!
We need every bit of information about what the students achieved so far, be sent to the LMS. especially for cases when they do not reach the final goal and properly send their final results.
Looking forward to see this implemented in Course presentation and Interactive video.

We would be very interesting in knowing how to properly set and record scores from this activity into Moodle. Whatever we try we seem to hit a roadblock. It will display a score on the screen but the Moodle gradebook is empty. It feels like there should be a button or something to trigger the recording of the grade.

I've added a summary slide. Still can't get the grade to record in Moodle (v. 3.7). I had the student click on the Summary slide AND the summary button in the bottom right corner. The student gets a 1 out of 1. The grade doesn't go back to the gradebook though.
